Brooklyn Beginner
Hello,
My name is Nathan Herring, I currently live in Brooklyn, NY. I grew up in Mississippi where my parents had several rental houses. Naturally I was the one that they sent to do a lot of the regular maintenance and repairs on them. I think that is what got me interested in real estate. I recently attended a Fortune Builders seminar, but decided that I could not afford their course so I started looking around the internet for more information on real estate investing which brought me here to BiggerPockets. I have enjoyed reading articles and listening to podcasts here on BP, but I am still having a little "Analysis Paralysis" I guess. I would love to get into wholesaling, but I am unsure about how all the contracts and closings work. I would love to connect to some local people and here what they have to say about wholesaling, and possibly help with a few deals. On a lighter note I can juggle and ride a unicycle, so if you would rather be entertained than work with me on a deal I would gladly reward you for your advice with some circus style entertainment..... I look forward to interacting with you all online, and hopefully in person!
