Hi! I'm new to the site and would like to meet some like minded people in my local area, Tucson AZ. I don't know the area very well when it comes to investing, I'm not from here. I'm in the Air Force and stationed at DM, I'm originally from Albuquerque NM. Currently I'm renting an apartment, but I'd like to buy a 4plex or I guess I should say an investment property that I can live in, as well as make it work for me at the same time. I've read this is possible..... haha
