New Guy from San Diego - Carlsbad
Good Evening all,
I'm new to Bigger Pockets Online and live in the North San Diego County Area. After months of listening to the podcast, I decided to take the dive and make a profile.
I have a few buy-and-hold rental units in North County but am looking to take a more active roll in real estate. My most recent venture is starting a residential redevelopment and development company with my brother. We are in the infancy of starting the business but very interested in speaking/working with anyone in the area with experience (other flippers, wholesalers, lenders, etc.).
With the wealth of information I have already received from the Bigger Pockets Podcast, I can't wait to dig into the website and forums. Thanks everyone!
