Hey everyone, my name is Fabio (no, not the long haired one) and I'm originally from Honduras, but have lived in DC/MD for the past 12 years, so this is home now. I've been interested in RE investing for years and haven't pulled the trigger yet, except for a home we bought with the intention of having it be an investment and ended up using it as our primary. 

My goal is to build a portfolio of single and multi-family properties held for rental, but for income (and thrills) I want to engage in wholesale and fix-and-flip deals.
