hi,

I've been listening to the BP podcasts for over a month and now decided to sign up and check out the forums. I see a lot of interesting and useful discussions on this site.

I own a few rental properties currently, mostly Out of State and looking to expand my investment portfolio in the next few years. Hoping to get some good tips from BP.
