Wholesaling investor Newbie from Lynn MA
Hi Everyone,
As stated on my subject line I am from the Lynn area here in Massachusetts. I am a full time college student majoring in technology and aspiring to be a real estate investor. I am looking into wholesaling and hopefully this can lead me into buy and hold and flipping homes. I want to start now and I was hoping any senior investors out there can give me some advice as to where to start ? I've been doing research and plan to collaborate with people in my area to start my wholesaling journey.
I am open to speaking with realtors, agents, lawyers anyone who can give me advice, success stories, mistakes anything you'd like to share. I am excited to start! And I feel empowered and I want to make this happen.
