Hello everyone, 

Thank you for allowing me to join the crew! I found this site through the podcast which I now listen to religiously. My name is Templeton Walker and I am a Realtor in the Phoenix metro area. 

I love what I do as a Realtor and putting together deals for my clients. However, I would like to transition into being the investor on the deals not just the salesman. I am looking to share thoughts and learn from like minded individuals who have similar goals. Again, I appreciate the opportunity to join this group and look forward to connecting with each of you.
