New Member in Massachusetts

Good day BP'ers! 

My name is Rob Panarelli. I'm a novice real estate investor in the Boston area of MA. I currently own a 2 family that we currently live in and own another 2 family that is currently rented. It's taken a while to get the funds to buy my 2nd property due to high prices in MA, so I'm looking to expand my portfolio in Florida where I have a friend who is a professional property manager and looking to become an investor as well. On the weekends, I can usually be found playing guitar in my country band Whiskey Wild in the New England area.

I'm loving the Podcasts and can usually listen to 2 per day. The networking possibilities are endless and I hope to be able to contribute on the forums.
