HI their, I found this place a short time back and cant seam to stop reading the forums!
My Intrest in REI at this point are , short sales, Bird dogging, Rehab a home and sell or rent it.
As for my back ground ,I worked 20+ years for Lucent Technolagies, after that I lived part time in Thailand and had intrest in several " Bars "
their, been very lucky to have traveled to a lot of the world, now I have a live in Girlfriend ( last 4 years ) no not Married , I think Marriage is the Number one cause of Divorce. She has 18 years in Workers Comp. field and she is looking into getting her RE Lic. I think she will do well in this as she is good with Numbers and not bad on the eyes , ( never hurts ) I think I would be better at Updating and the Rehab of homes, theirs not many things i cant fix or build, and i have most all the tools needed allready, im one of the hardest workers I know. And A darn good Taxidermist , so I have been Known to Raise the dead!
