Hi Everyone,

My name is Matt and I am new to property management. Being here in Central Florida there is a lot of competition. We started managing properties about a year ago and by word of mouth (and a couple of signs) we have almost 40 properties. My goal is set for 200 properties by year end 2015. It is a very ambitious goal, however I know it is reachable. I am starting out with basic marketing ideas that cost little or nothing. We take care of residential and commercial properties, single family homes as well as multifamily dwellings. I just wanted to jump in and say 'Hello' and I love this website! Thanks BP!!
