Hi all,

I recently stumbled across this website and have been spending hours each day reading lots of great content. This is my first post on BiggerPockets, and I’m looking forward to meeting others and getting involved in the BP community.

I live in the Los Angeles area. I’ve invested in real estate off and on for the past 10+ years. Investments

have included SFR and condo rentals, a mobile home park, and a hotel.

My two new real estate investment areas of focus that I am looking to get involved in are:

  • Flipping homes in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles.
  • Investing for long term buy and hold cash flow…currently fourplexes in the Phoenix, AZ area.

Zach

@Zach Winner Welcome to BP! It's great you're enjoying the site. You might want to set up some keyword alerts for the areas and types of properties you are interested in. Also, if you haven't done so, you might want to check out the podcasts, and blogs. It sounds as if you have a great deal of experience. However; if you have any questions, just post! Have fun.
