HI, I'm new here from the North Metro Denver, CO area
Hi! I am a Realtor in the North Metro Denver area. I have been in real estate for about 4 years, licensed for a little over three. However, I worked for an appraiser while in college and moved a lot in my youth, so I think real estate is in my blood. I am ready to get into the real estate investing world. My target is single family residences. My strategy is to buy as an owner-occupant and sell or rent within 18-24 months. The rental market in Denver is hot right now, but I have a passion for renovating. I look forward to exchanging ideas!
