Greetings. My name is Ross Pincock. I have worked for about 25 years in retail sales/customer service and hospitality. I have always wanted to start a real estate investing business but let my jobs take up most of my time and made other excuses to put it off. Recently my son attended a free investing seminar and got all pumped up about it. His enthusiasm is rubbing off on me and I am realizing all over again that the only thing holding me back is myself. In fact, it was my son who suggested I join Bigger Pockets as a way to keep learning about the business and meet other people in the business. My goal in a nutshell is to generate enough cash flow to allow me and my wife to eventually quit our day jobs and provide us enough security to retire in the next 20 years. I would like to buy and hold some rental properties to generate passive income, and do some wholesaling and/or fix & flipping at the same time.

I am excited to become a part of the Bigger Pockets community. Any connections, advice, personal stories, etc. are greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
