Hi all,

I recently came across BP and am already addicted to the forums! I am looking forward to build network and getting invloved with the community.

I am relatively new to real estate and have 1 SFR as investment property that I have rented out and looking to accumalate few more. I already bought "The Book on Flipping Houses" by J Scott and can't wait to get my hands on it (should be delivered soon).
