New member from Boston area
Hi everyone!
I am from the Boston area. I am new to real estate investing, but very interested. I have been looking (online only so far) at some multi-family properties. My short term goal is to purchase a multi-family property. I would like to occupy one unit and rent the other(s). I would like to then expand my holding to other multi-families in the area. I joined this forum to learn what others have done and are doing.
