Newbie from Chandler, Arizona
hey, my name is Juan Rodriguez and I'm new to the investing scene I'm interested in buying and holding in the Phoenix market. I've been getting my knowledge through books and the bigger pocket podcast and am really excited about getting started. I plan on buying my first home here at the bugging ima of 2015 my plan is to live there for a year which is the FHA rule and then rent that property out and buy another I don't have a large amount of cash so I'm starting slow but I'm hoping to continue from there. Hope to meet some new and knowledgable investors on here. Any advice would be great thank ahead of time!
