Hello all, My name is David and I live in the Knoxville area. Currently I work in the aviation industry and drive a really fast bus. My job is very easy. So with that said, I need a second job; real estate. I am late to the investing party as I am now AARP age. I lit the match years ago with a house I flipped, but I held it too long and the flame went out. So now many years later I am looking to try again. But this time I'm looking to buy rental properties. I look forward to learning as much as I can from you guys here and thank you for this option to do so. That's me. Thanks for reading. David Abbott
