Hello all,

I am new to real estate investing.  I am looking to start a side line business in flipping houses and eventually aquire some passive income properties.  I have a lot of experiance in the residential construction field and have built 3 homes myself.  However, I am looking to gain some education and tips on how to get started investing in the real estate world. I look forward to meeting all of you.
