Hello BP community,

My name is J.W. I am new to real estate investing, I found BP podcast looking to expand my knowledge in real estate.  The only deal I have done is the purchase of my own home though I should have a property manager with the kids moving in and out!! I was interested in wholesaling and small unit investing.  I hope to get to the point of being a real estate investor full time.  I am getting my personal finances in order and taking that time to get as educated as possible about investing. Looking forward to connecting.
