Hi Everyone!

My name is James Scheu. I am currently 23 years old and reside in Kennesaw, GA. I am a full time student at KSU and I work full time at Ed Voyles Honda (sales) in Marietta, Ga. I am new to real estate and very eager to learn about this business! While researching certain real estate topics online I came across an article by the founder which led me to sign up. So far I am very pleased with the amount of information available as well as the community on bigger pockets.

My goal by the time I graduate is to have made my first real estate investment!

With that being said, whoever reads this post....How did you first get your start in real estate investment? What would you say is the single best piece of advice you have to offer for newbies?

If you have not yet officially begun your journey...what attracted you to real estate?

Thank you, and I look forward to this experience :)

-James

Thank you Jeremy! And it is very good advice, who was this wise man? Also how long have you been in real estate up to this point?

I really appreciate the reply as well as your willingness to help! And anything that is not hard work is not worth doing! :)
