Hi my name is Bob and I am new to Bigger Pockets . I am a beginner with no deals yet but hope to fix that soon. I would like to meet with any Tampa area investors here and get some input on the area. I just moved here from Baltimore.

I am interested in fixing and holding rental property to augment my retirement income. I would like to work with middle income areas that are nice and will produce a cash flow . If anyone would like to talk with me I would be happy to engage.
