Hi Everybody,

My name is Carlos and I'm so exited to join BP, I have a big passion for real state, my wife and I own and manage a few SFH's in the east bay.

I'm a Concrete/Landscape contractor for the last 19 years, I bought my first house in 1998 and we last most of our portfolio in 2008, we started buying again in 2010 when the prices were really good. I done 3 flips but I like buy and hold better.

My Goal is to create enough passive cash flow to maintain my  ideal life style,

BP podcasts are great!! and the site is better, I feel like kid in the candy store

Looking forward networking and sharing ideas with other investors,

THANK YOU!!

Welcome Carlos!  Sounds like you already have had good deals up your sleeve.. keep them coming!  You will learn a lot from BP and meet incredible like minded people.  My partner and I flip homes in Solano County and soon plan to purchase rentals as well.  Come to our monthly meetings hosted by J. M. He holds them all over the Bay. Take care!

Hi @Carlos Munoz  ,

And welcome to BP! I've been off BP a little bit on vacation and some projects, but I'll slowly be trickling back in.. Thanks for the shoutout @Denise Alberto ! Hope to see you soon also! I think Chris is coming out on Wed..

You came to a great place Carlos! Definitely check the meetups and happenings forum. We're  having a meetup in SF on Wed, and @Johnson H. has a great meetup group down in San Jose every month. Check his signature.

Lots of great, active investors in the area, willing to lend a hand, so reach out and say hi! I also own and manage in the East Bay, in Richmond and Oakland.  I'm over by Lake Merritt if you want to chat sometime.. Hope to meet you in person soon!

@Carlos Munoz

Welcome to the community! Great seeing another Cali investor. BP has a tremendous amount of information to help you, but it is only available if you seek it out. Be sure to be as active and engaging as possible. Read blogs, post questions, and the podcasts are gold! The best free education you can get. Good luck!
