Hello Everyone from Northeast Ohio
My name is Dave. I'm a novice investor in Northeast Ohio with 3 properties currently, all purchased since April and another under contract. I'm in the fix and flip area of the business.
What I'm looking for: To learn as much as possible, develop relationships to partner in the future, and explore some creative financing options. I currently have a day job in the Gas and Oil industry, but would like to be full time real estate in the next 5 years.
