My name is Brandon Cravens and I live in The Woodlands. I bought my first investment property in 2012 and have made a total of 4 deals so far (hopefully 5 after this weekend!). All of my property deals have been buy and hold SFR's so far but I am highly interested in getting into other exit strategies as my knowledge and confidence level in deal finding from off MLS properties increases.
I am a 2006 Baylor Grad and when I am not learning about real estate investing I enjoy being outdoors, hiking, hunting, fishing, camping and of course going to Baylor games.
