Newb- Frederick, Maryland
Greetings! Just signed up on BP after reading J Scott's book.
I currently pay my bills via my handyman business "Handy Hank's" - I work for a lot of property management companies and have witnessed the high potential in real estate investing.
I also obtained my real estate license but have not yet used it. I don't plan on being a "typical" agent, but rather would like to use it for better control over my deals. And referrals as well.
My goal is to do some flips in my area during the 2015 year, and potentially do it full time.
Excited about learning the industry and people in it!
