Excited to get started here, I am 25 and own a Landscaping company full time, this is something I have wanted to do for a long time, and now I have taken the leap and purchased my first income property in Ky. I live in an area where I can be in three different states in 15 minutes. Each state has a unique market which I hope to explore into. Thanks for all the info!
