Hey guys!
I was a commercial real estate appraiser for about 4 years, and now I'm a market analyst for a residential construction firm. I somehow ended up loving real estate and being handy around my house, and want to get into rehabbing/flipping as my niche. I'm in the Birmingham, Alabama market and would love to hear from others nearby!
I'm really looking forward to getting my feet wet!
