Hello everybody! My name is Walter Estrada.  I have been managing class C properties for the last 10 years. I do it all except for maintenance and paying the bills. I'm originally from Peru but I have been in this beautiful country for the last 30 years. I love what I do and I'm looking forward to continue learning so that I can eventually buy my own apartment building.  I'm looking forward to reading the tremendous amount of information here.
