Good morning all,

My name is Joshua Harvey and I am here to learn as much as I can about wholesaling and flipping. When I come back to the states towards the end of 2015 I will be in the Birmingham Alabama area. I've been interested in real estate for a few years and now I have the time to dedicate to learning. I'm looking for a mentor and some good notes.
