Investment opportunites in Arizona

Hello, I am looking into real estate investing in Arizona.  I am familiar with how real estate investings work and I am pursuing my real estate license.  I have recently worked for a real estate investor in California by locating flip homes and good investments.  He was a mentor to me, and  I would like to find someone in Arizona.
