I'm a new member in New Orleans transplanted from Southern California 5 years ago (what a different place!).   I have a background in various aspects of real estate and my day job is in a finance/operations role at a regional real estate firm.  Mostly focused on commercial and large multifamily transactions/management/development but I am always interested in what people have to say at all levels and in all niches of the market.  Look forward to interacting with you!
