Hello my name is Alderban, I am very glad to enroll to bigger pockets, I works doing Interior remodeling I love houses, but my goal is to become a real estate investor full time, I have no money to start, but my plan is to fix and flip houses as my work and with the money I earn from flipping houses I want to invest in buy and hold for rent for cash flow.

The question is if I can start flipping houses using the strategy subject to? and if in San Diego I can get houses using transactional funding to flip houses to. Any suggestion. Sorry about my English I am just starting to speak this language.

Thank you so much and happy New Year.

Big welcome to the site @Alderban Chavez , thanks for introducing yourself to everyone! I don't see any reason why you couldn't do deals in that manner. The difficult part is identifying/finding the deals and being able to secure the funds to complete the project.

If that is your goal, I would highly suggest you check out The Book On Flipping Houses. This will paint a good picture of exactly what you'll be needing to be mindful of!

Maybe you can hook up as a designer and offer some help to a person that is already flipping houses in your area. Exchange some time/expertise for some education and possibly a small portion of the deals?

See you around the forums!
