Hello, my name is Mark and I stumbled upon this site while doing online research. It appears to be loaded with saavy real estate professionals, so I figured I'd join. In a nutshell, I'm new to the RE market, recently licenced as an agent and have the resources to begin to flip. I'm hoping to acquire the knowledge to successfully perform the latter.
