My name is Dustin Wise. I'm a Realtor and Mortgage Broker. I've lived in Southern California my whole life and currently reside in Laguna Hills.

My wife Leah and I are a team. We own 4 rental houses locally and have decided to move into shorter term investments to build capital. We are currently working on a fix and flip business that is focused on the Houston, TX area.
