Getting Started in Green Bay, WI

Hey BP-

I'm Matt Nilson and along with my wife, Michelle, we're getting started in Real Estate Investing in the Green Bay, WI area and the Fox Valley. I've been putting off my New Member Intro. for a while now because networking and putting myself out there has never really been my forte. However, after spending the last month perusing the forums, listening to the podcasts, and reading the blogs I am confident that the BP community will only be a boon to our efforts.

Our history and our hearts are in rehabbing as we've turned over personal residences in the past. However, the whole "business side" of real estate investing is relatively new to us.  We'd like to acquire rental properties in the near future and the arena of wholesaling is intriguing. Ultimately, of course, our goal is to build wealth using any facet of real estate investing that proves the most beneficial in our area.

I figure on being an active part of the BP community and I look forward to networking with you all, especially those in the Green Bay and Fox Valley. Thanks for your time.
