Minnesota Nice New User & Question
Hey all I look forward to meeting you all! I am newly graduated from college, living in Minnesota and working full time while saving for my first home. I plan to live in then rent it out after one year using an FHA loan, and thus making it my first rental property (of hopefully many). My question to you; what do you feel is the most important aspect/ consideration of an FHA loan and what do you suggest I do regarding my current plan? Thank you! Hope you all had a great New Year!
