Newbie from Laurel, Mississippi

Hello everyone, 

My name is John, and I'm pretty much a novice to REI when it comes to most I've seen on here. I graduated from Ole miss with a finance degree and a real estate degree, I work as a RE Broker and a home builder in south Mississippi. Currently Im just trying to find my niche in CRE, and build my client pipeline up. My short term investing goal is to purchase two properties this year, and build off of that and build a cash flow stream of around $150k annually. The primary reason i joined BP is basically learn all that I can about CRE, development strategies, etc...
