I am a 30 year old part time real estate investor who has tried his hand at being a landlord but was unsuccessful at that but will get back into that game in a few years. At the present, my brother and I are trying to get into the bulk REO note sales but it has been difficult to find legitimate buyers now that we have legitimate sources.
