Hello, I'm Tyrell Ferguson from Baltimore, MD. Im currently in active duty in the Navy so I travel quite a bit. I'm looking to get in to real estate investment as part of my retirement plan. So, I'm in search of a few cash flowing properties. I'm glad I've found bigger pockets I've been learning a lot via the Podcast. So hopefully I'll get to network with a few people, and find some great opportunities. I'm mainly looking for people who have properties with tenants looking to liquidate their assets, I'm also interested in flipping but I don't want to do a flip for my first deal.
