Hello!

I am an architecture student in San Diego and have just recently discoverd Real Estate just last summer. I am 26 years old and grew up in Guam for most of my life. Living in Washington DC and then moving to California has been very beneficial to me in pursuing my college education.

I intend to become an architectural developer after I graduate in 2017 and qualify as a real estate professional while I develope and enhance communities around the world. In the mean time, I am seeking to buy and hold my first rental property to provide financing for my education.

I am greatful for having an open mind and love learning everyday. I am happy to have found this community and intend to share what I know as much as possible.
