Complete Newbie from Stockton CA
I'm completely new to real estate investing. After reading Brandon Turner's book "The Book on Investing In Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down" which lead me to this site. Being a new stay at home dad, I want to start a business that I can be proud of. I am excited joining this site and learn from other successful members and looking forward to know more better of the investing process.
