Charlotte NC newbie!
Hiiiiiiiiii! I'm a Charlotte native and I'm so excited to be on bigger pockets! There's so much information to absorb!!! I have wanted to get into real estate for years now but avoided it because my mom (who is also an investor) told me it was a big headache! I come from a family of investors of which I'm the fourth generation so it only seems right that I too follow in my families footsteps! I have tried wholesaling.... *sigh* (still working on that) I'm now wanting to role my 401k into a property to get the ball rolling!
