Is this a good deal
My a guy I know is selling a 5 unit apartment complex. 4 units are renting out for $475 and the 5th is a studio for $275 a month. That's decent for the area the building is in. He pays water and heating also. He's selling the building for $65,000 which is crazy because a 4 unit usually in a better area is going for $200,000. This would be my first rental property btw.
