Hello, 

My name is Hugo A. Lopez. My background is in management in the financial industry. Me and my business partner just started a real estate investing company in Las Vegas, NV. More specifically we will be focusing on rehabbing and wholesaling properties. With a main focus on wholesaling. In 2015 our goal is to rehab 5 properties total. My role in the company is to manage our marketing strategies in order to acquire deals. I joined bigger pockets with the intent to network with like minded individuals who are passionate and knowledgeable about real estate.  Experienced investors: any advice for a newbie?
