Hello! My name is Sarah Rune and I'm located in Ventura, CA. I've been working full-time in the real estate industry for 6+ years. I started as a transaction coordinator at a hotel investment and management firm, but more recently have been doing property management and project coordination for a commercial real estate firm, primarily working with industrial buildings but with some experience in retail, office, and residential. My goal is to start personally invest in assets and build wealth, putting my experience to work for me instead of just taking care of other people's properties. I found BP through the podcasts - I was looking for a highly-rated real estate or investing podcast to listen to while driving, and have enjoyed numerous shows so far. I love learning and have really enjoyed the ebooks, podcasts, articles, and blogposts on BP so far, so I'm excited to join the forums.
