Rental Potential in NJ

Hi, 

Can anyone please advise on where to look out for good rental properties (Student/SF) in NJ area. I am currently living on Bergen county line in NJ

I am not in a hurry to buy anything but want to concentrate on one or two area so when time comes, I can look to invest in these properties. 

Please pour in your suggestions or any link that has already discussed this in past
