New and Looking for Advice and Opinions

Hello all,

I'm so excited to start participating in the BiggerPockets community that I've heard so many wonderful things about! I am new to real estate, fresh out of college with a finance and business dual major and real estate minor, just starting as a real estate agent on a commercial team where I am working some residential deals till I find my footing, and hoping to start investing in income properties myself within the next five years. As an up and coming agent I was hoping this community could help guide me in what I need to do to be considered a preferred agent to work with in the commercial real estate industry, and what I should master to become one of the best agents in my area? My understanding is that there is only a handful of truly good agents out there, and I would like to be one of them. I appreciate any and all feedback! Thanks!
