I'm a new investor, looking for deals in Northeast Pa and New Jersey.I don't have a specialty , but I have purchased two lots at a tax sale and sold one already. I am currently looking to do my first rehab. My FICO score is holding me back. So, I'm here looking for advice ,new insights and to learn more. :D
