New from Iowa

Hello everyone,

 My name is Matt and I am not only new to BP, but I am also new real estate.

I live in east central Iowa, with my amazing wife 2 dogs and my cat.  I love to spend time outdoors hunting, fishing, ect.  I work in lawn and landscape full time and I am getting into real estate part time(for now).  

That pretty well is me in a nutshell!!!

I am very excited to begin this new adventure in my life and can't wait to see what it brings to the table for my life. I am looking for finacial freedom and to do more than just live paycheck to paycheck!!

So being that I am new to the real estate game  any tips and/or suggestions are well appreciated!!!
