Real Estate Investor in Orange County
Hi all, I am fairly new to the site but have quickly realized how much knowledge is on here! There are tons of amazing blog posts and so much to learn.
I have been investing in out of state rental properties (Kansas City and Atlanta) for the past couple years. I am looking to connect with out of state wholesalers, flippers (turn key properties), builders and the like. I am willing to look at all markets, but I prefer Kansas City, Atlanta, Memphis, San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, Phoenix, Boise, Indianapolis, and Toledo.
I am also looking to start flipping in the Southern California region and am interested in finding partners to bring deals to and work with.
I live in Sunset Beach, CA (near Huntington Beach, CA) and I am an avid surfer!
